Armin held a talk about his amazing WSGI toolkit, Werkzeug, at the Grazer Linuxtage, Austria.

I've been using Werkzeug for quite a while now and I'm very happy with it. Among other things, I like its clean design, Unicode-awareness and the ability to fill in as a great replacement for otherwise additional dependencies like Routes (URL dispatching) or Beaker (sessions). It also comes with stuff similar to what Paste provides, but also great stuff like the interactive debugger.
